Chris has extensive civil litigation experience representing a wide range of clients from individuals to large multi-national corporations in both state and federal courts. Chris is a member of the American Association for Justice. Prior to forming Hamilton & Hamilton, Chris was a litigation attorney with the Law Firm of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, LLP in Boston. While practicing in Boston, Chris gained comprehensive experience in the field of construction law and litigation by representing a wide range of construction-related companies from general contractors to sub-contractors on both public and private construction projects. Prior to practicing at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, Chris was invited by now Chief Justice Christopher J. Armstrong, to serve as Justice Armstrong's Law Clerk. At the outset of his legal career, Chris was selected from among hundreds of candidates from across the Commonwealth to serve as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts and later was appointed as the Deputy Chief Law Clerk to the Justices. Chris also proudly serves our country as a Colonel in the Massachusetts Air National Guard and has served in Operations Enduring Freedom, Noble Eagle, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn. Chris' military specialties include antiterrorism and airbase defense operations. He is currently assigned as the Mission Support Group Commander at the 102d Intelligence Wing.
